General Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations, support project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This office-based leadership role serves as a key link between project management and field operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and support to Superintendents and field teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinating manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitoring project performance, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Collaborating with Project Managers to resolve challenges and maintain project objectives.
• Conducting operational reviews and implementing best practices.
• Mentoring and developing field leadership personnel.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control, specifically in mechanical construction or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
