We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for motivated individuals interested in developing experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and business development. As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you will work closely with campaign leadership and the sales team to execute marketing initiatives, represent our clients, engage directly with customers, and contribute to customer acquisition goals. This position provides hands-on training and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing, sales, leadership, or management. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally while communicating directly with prospective and existing customers. Execute marketing and customer acquisition strategies designed to increase brand awareness and sales. Educate customers on telecommunications products, services, promotions, and available options. Assist in achieving individual and team performance goals through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and other customer acquisition initiatives. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and potential growth opportunities. Build positive customer relationships by providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent service throughout the sales process. Track campaign and sales performance and communicate results and observations to leadership. Collaborate with team members and management to improve marketing strategies and overall campaign performance. Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, sales, communication, leadership, and professional development. Qualifications Background or interest in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Comfortable communicating and building relationships with customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Creative and solution-oriented mindset is a plus. Associate degree preferred; relevant professional experience may also be considered. Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful but not required , as training is provided.
