Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)

The LDRP team provides compassionate and comprehensive care for labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn services in a family-centered environment. Our highly trained nurses and medical staff prioritize maternal and neonatal safety and well-being, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.

This position requires night shifts from 1900 to 0730, rotating weekends, and one 12-hour call shift per pay period.

Provide nursing care for patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.

Perform basic fetal monitoring and assess maternal and neonatal conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Conduct assessments and provide interventions for high-risk neonates as needed.

Engage with families, providing education and support throughout the process.

Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.

Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.

AHA ACLS and NRP certifications required.

Basic fetal monitoring skills required; STABLE certification preferred.

Experience in Triage, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery is required.

Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates preferred.
