What You'll Do:

• Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and overall financial performance
• Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Experience in upscale casual, deli, café, bakery, or chef-driven concepts preferred
