Job Description

• Manage NYSCA public works projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee restoration scopes within occupied or sensitive environments.
• Coordinate with NYSCA, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Control schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to public works regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of experience managing NYSCA construction projects.
• Strong background in restoration work within public or institutional settings.
• Preferred degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a compliance-heavy environment.
