Position Training Specialist I – Rankin County, Mississippi Location & Details 61 – Rankin County, MS Full‑Time Salary $31,111.11 – $53,083.33 annually About the Position First‑level professional role assisting with instructional programs and courses, administering certification requirements and assessments. The Training Specialist will function as an instructor to certify and recertify Mississippi State Hospital staff in CPI, Protective Interventions, CPR, and other required certifications. Responsibilities also include designing and creating instructional materials and evaluation instruments to measure training effectiveness. Responsibilities Administer certification requirements for staff. Conduct assessments to measure training outcomes. Instruct staff in CPI, Protective Interventions, CPR, and other mandated courses. Design instructional materials and evaluation instruments. Ensure compliance with state and agency training standards.
