Job Title: YTEL Construction Monitor Job Grade: 13/14 Reports To: Project Management Team Status: Non-Exempt Location: Weitchpec Upper Reservation All Hiring is Subject to the Yurok Tribe’s Hiring Preference. Salary Range: $45.24 - $80.19 Position Summary The Construction Monitor is responsible for overseeing field construction activities for YTEL projects to ensure compliance with permits, engineered specifications, OSHA standards, and project schedules. The Monitor serves as the on-site representative of YTEL, maintaining detailed documentation, facilitating change management processes, and ensuring site security and operational integrity. Education / Experience OHSA 30 certified or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. 1 to 3 years’ experience preferred. Employee must be willing to acquire any special certifications or attend any training that is determined to be relevant or becomes required of the position in the future. Candidates with equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
