Business Analyst / Accountant (AP/AR)

Job Description

Core Requirements
Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, multi-tab workbooks)
Experience with invoice processing, verification, and AP/AR workflows
Basic Power BI knowledge (viewing, creating simple reports/dashboards)
Data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation experience
Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain high data accuracy
Strong organizational and analytical skills
A candidate should ideally have:
3+ years of Excel and data analysis experience
Invoice/AP/AR experience
Power BI exposure
Reporting/dashboard experience
Strong attention to detail and process adherence
Preferred Background
Utilities, energy, infrastructure, or engineering environments
Data QA and reporting experience
Business, finance, or analytics experience
Presentation development skills
