Overview

Total Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist for a staff-level position in Grinnell, IA. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care with an emphasis on quality and clinical excellence.

New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support.

Hours / Work Schedule

• Full-time or part-time availability

• Clinic open Monday through Friday (weekends optional)

• Full-time: 36–40 hours per week

• Part-time: minimum 20 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling with autonomy to set start/end times

• 10-hour workdays are preferred, but not required

Caseload / Patient Population

• Outpatient orthopedics with some Workers’ Compensation cases

• All ages and a variety of diagnoses

• One-on-one, direct patient care only (no PTAs or aides)

• Average of 1 patient per hour

This position is ideal for therapists seeking broad experience in outpatient orthopedics with opportunities to specialize if desired.

Compensation

• New graduates: approximately $75,000 annually, plus profit sharing.

• Salary increases with experience

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)

• Eligible for Iowa state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Open to all experience levels, including new grads

• Manual therapy and hands-on skills highly valued
