$55,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to our high standards of service and quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings that delight and satisfy our guests.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to excel.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our operations and service delivery.

• Experience in leading and managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
