We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to support major capital construction and renovation projects within a highly advanced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a Construction Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager background who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their career.

You’ll manage projects from concept through completion while coordinating contractors, engineers, architects, and facility stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, organized, and moving forward.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage multiple construction and facility projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout

• Run RFPs, bid processes, bid leveling, contractor selection, and change orders

• Build and maintain project budgets and schedules

• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and budget issues before they become problems

• Coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for assigned projects

• Prepare project updates, executive summaries, budget reports, schedule updates, and progress documentation

• Coordinate multiple projects and construction activities while minimizing disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations

• Maintain accurate project documentation using project management platforms such as Procore, Adaptive Work, Microsoft Project, or similar systems

• Ensure contractors follow required safety procedures and site-specific construction requirements

• Review project quality, scope, schedule, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle

• Travel periodically to other project locations and team meetings as needed

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t necessarily need to have the exact title of Project Manager on your resume. If you’ve been the person responsible for keeping construction projects organized, managing contractors, tracking budgets and schedules, running RFPs, and making sure everything gets across the finish line — your experience could be a great fit.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or construction project experience

• Strong construction project coordination or project management experience

• Experience managing budgets and schedules

• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time

• Experience with RFPs, bids, contractors, and change orders

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger project team

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field — or equivalent professional experience

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 10–15%

OSHA 30 IS A BIG PLUS

Already have your OSHA 30? Great.

Don't have it yet? That's okay. OSHA 30 can be obtained while on assignment and the certification cost can be reimbursed.
