Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a polished and personable Legal Receptionist for our Newport Beach office serving Orange County.

You’ll be the face and voice of the Newport Beach team, helping create a welcoming client experience while keeping daily front-desk operations running smoothly. This role is a strong fit for someone who works well within established processes, stays steady under routine demands, and handles detailed administrative support work with care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception & Administrative Duties

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally
• Manage mail, deliveries, and legal service logs
• Maintain common areas and breakroom supplies
• Assist with client onboarding and intake in firm software
• Coordinate office calendar, track support logs, and submit facility requests
• Scan, save, and organize case-related documents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Tech-proficient and quick to learn legal software
• Professional demeanor with confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to identify and resolve issues using sound judgment
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
