We are seeking 3 tax professionals for our growing internal tax department to handle the ever-increasing
International tax responsibilities. Duties revolve around Tax forms related to the International tax compliance
to prepare and/or review Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, etc. Analysis of foreign source income (Section 861)
and E&P analysis as well as other research/planning duties and special projects are part of the role.
as well as interaction with the outside Big 4 CPA firm and Divisional/Subsidiary company personnel.
