We take pride in our purpose-driven culture, our core values - Inclusion, Partnerships, Integrity - and our commitment to providing a safe and respectful work environment to our employees.Tessera is seeking a Motivated and Hardworking Senior Production Scheduler with a Positive/Professional attitude.Typical duties include but are not limited to:Serve as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers via phone, email, and in-person support.Provide guidance, training, and workload prioritization for Production Scheduler personnelProcess, prioritize, and track work orders on a daily basis using CMMS.Identify potential scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and maintenance delays and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtimeDevelop and maintain short- and long-range production schedules based on customer requirements, manpower availability, material status, and equipment readiness.Maintain accurate work order time keeping, maintenance records, production, and operational records.Support internal, customer, and government audits by providing maintenance records, reports, and production documentationMonitor maintenance backlog and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activitiesEnsure maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with government regulations, contract requirements, and records management proceduresPrepare reports, SITREPs, metrics, leadership briefings, and operational summaries.Monitor and report contractual performance metrics and identify corrective actions required to maintain complianceSupport mission readiness by coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely completion of customer requirementsCoordinate emergency and priority maintenance requirements, adjusting schedules as operational requirements changeCoordinate with procurement, supply, and warehouse personnel to ensure required parts, materials, and tools are available prior to scheduled maintenance actionsProvide customers with repair updates, service coordination, and outside vendor support.Enter and close corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, labor, and material records in government systems.Maintain CMMS data integrity through periodic audits and validation of labor, equipment, material, and maintenance recordsMaintain records management, government documentation, organizational email accounts, and base key inventories.Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, sound judgment, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related CMMS systems.All Other Duties as Assigned*Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in production scheduling, maintenance planning, work control, logistics coordination, or a related operations environment.Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar work order and scheduling software.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.Requirements:A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act.
