Job Description and Duties

Develop processes, procedures, fiscal analyses, management reports, briefing materials, and recommendation related to special projects such as the monthly budget analysis, yearly spending plan, and control sections. Prepares monthly budget analysis for the Board of Pilot Commissioners' and complex technical annual budget drill with the Department of Finance such as the Schedule 7A, Fund Condition Statements, Pension Contributions Adjustment (CS 3.60); and Employee Compensation (Item 9800). Prepares CHP's complex technical annual budget drill with the Department of Finance such as the Schedule 7A, Fund Condition Statements, Pension Contributions Adjustment (CS 3.60); and Employee Compensation (Item 9800).

Include specific examples of budget change proposals, baseline adjustments, or revenue/collection estimates you have prepared or overseen. Please provide two specific examples that demonstrate your knowledge and experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting. 3. Describe your experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, develop reports, and manage financial information. Include specific examples of your proficiency with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and other Excel features. Explain how you have used these skills to improve accuracy, efficiency, or decision-making in your work.
