What You'll Do:

As a Nurse Anesthetist with us, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures. You'll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the perioperative process. Required Skills:

• Active California RN license and CA DEA certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• Proven experience administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, patient assessment, and emergency protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient surgical centers
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as Nurse Anesthesia Certification (CNOR or NBCRNA certification)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia program
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a CRNA
• Documented case logs demonstrating diverse case experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
• Ability to commit to at least 2 weeks or more per month
• Willingness to comply with privileging requirements, including up-to-date CV and hospital affiliations
• Reimbursement for certain travel and lodging expenses as specified
