What YOU will do: This position is responsible for serving customers by providing service information and resolving service issues in a timely manner by phone and/or email. Service Request Management Next Level Escalation - CP/FOM Milestone Escalation/Resolution NTS Review and Resolve Client Calls QBR's Customer Reporting WFA Follow Up Variances OOS Proposals > $20,000 Warranty Programs Invoicing and Aging Snow Recon Internal WO - If Needed Manage work orders and client relationships alongside teammates and leadership, including reviewing proposals. Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries. Assist with daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers. Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations. Manage work orders, including higher visibility tasks. Ability to manage client calls when Account Manager II and/or Senior Account Manager are not available. Demonstrate higher-level output and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. What YOU bring: Minimum Qualifications: Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
