Field Operations Supervisor

I'm working with a growing utility infrastructure organization seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead transmission and substation field operations in the West Texas area. This position will oversee field personnel and contractors while supporting maintenance programs, switching activities, compliance requirements, and system reliability initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong safety culture across field teams and contractors Oversee substation, transmission line, and right of way maintenance activities Coordinate switching operations, outages, inspections, and maintenance schedules Manage contractor performance and support capital project execution Ensure compliance requirements and operational procedures are maintained What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in transmission maintenance, construction, or substation operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of transmission lines, substations, breakers, transformers, and switches Experience with protection & control systems, RTUs, SCADA, and NERC compliance Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills What's on Offer Opportunity to lead critical transmission and substation operations Long-term career growth within a growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
