*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers to deliver food efficiently across designated routes in northwest and west central Minnesota. Your expertise in handling refrigerated trailers will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills and contribute to our commitment to reliable logistics service across the region - while still being home almost every night. *Duties* * Safely operate tractor-trailers across local and regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Load and unload freight using proper techniques, including forklift and lift-gate operation when necessary, ensuring cargo integrity and safety * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to identify maintenance issues or safety concerns * Keep all vehicles clean and in good repair. * Operate all warehouse equipment. * Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and compliance records in accordance with federal and state regulations * Follow designated routes efficiently while managing delivery schedules to meet customer expectations * Communicate effectively to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve any issues that arise during transit *Experience* * Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving environments * Demonstrated proficiency in driving trucks and operating refrigerated trailers * Prior delivery driver experience with a focus on load & unload procedures and route driving efficiency * Familiarity with forklift and lift-gate operation for loading/unloading cargo when required * Knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking operations, cargo securement, and vehicle maintenance * Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads and performing vehicle inspections confidently Join us as a CDL A Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
