Associate Business Intelligence Analyst - Hybrid

Associate Business Intelligence Analyst ‑ Hybrid The position is hybrid onsite and remote, based in Renton, WA. It is a two‑year early‑career role that requires the completion of analyst‑level projects, demanding strategic insight and collaboration across multiple technology teams. Responsibilities include research, data collection, process analysis, and documentation of findings surrounding business processes, software/solutions, or business partner needs. You will provide recommendations, develop a deep understanding of how Information Services functions at Providence, and support our business clients, clinical users, and strategic priorities of simplifying, modernizing, and innovating health IT. Key deliverables involve maintaining cross‑disciplinary learning, fostering collaboration, and applying data‑driven perspectives to produce well‑discerned findings, recommendations, and contributions as a business consultant. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering/Computer Science, Real Estate, Architecture/Engineering, or a related field. Three months of analytical or business experience, or the ability to apply business knowledge and analytical skills. Four years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree. Preferred Qualifications Coursework or training in business and finance. Benefits Pay range: $34.28 – $55.33 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
