Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals

Verify insurance eligibility and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff

Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient correspondence in a timely manner

Support care team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily clinic operations

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or patient-facing administrative role

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software

Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and basic medical billing processes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or medical administration certification a plus
