Starting Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr Shifts: Includes evenings and weekends Benefits You'll Enjoy (as a full time employee) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Free services at Boys Town Clinics for enrolled employees 401(k) Retirement Plan - 100% Employer Match up to 6% Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays Tuition Assistance - Support for continuing your education Employee Assistance Program - Free confidential services for you and your family Company-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability What You'll Be Doing Safely transporting youth to and from family visits Supervising visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns Building trust with families to support positive outcomes Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Registration check Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to lift children or car seats up to 50 lbs Must be able to safely transport youth in all weather conditions Comfortable entering varied home environments and managing challenging behaviors PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, EQUIPMENT USAGE, WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to lift car seats and children up to 50 pounds; expected to maintain sufficient agility, endurance, and ability to perform all job requirements (physically, mentally, emotionally); duties performed in indoor and outdoor settings; travel/transportation is a significant responsibility; must be a safe driver and transport youth in all seasons and weather conditions.
