Soulshine Counseling is an intentionally built group practice serving adults and couples in Batavia, Illinois and throughout Illinois via telehealth. Position Summary This is a hybrid W-2 position for an independently licensed clinician who values high-quality clinical work, professional autonomy, and a collaborative practice environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with adults and/or couples and is seeking a long‑term professional home where they can build a meaningful caseload while maintaining work‑life balance. What You’ll Do Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or couples Maintain clinical documentation in SimplePractice Manage a consistent outpatient caseload Participate in occasional team consultation and collaboration Deliver high‑quality, ethical, client‑centered care Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years post‑licensure experience preferred Comfortable working independently Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Willingness to maintain regular in‑person availability in Batavia Preferred: Experience working with couples Interest in men’s issues, relationships, life transitions, grief, anxiety, or identity development Relational, attachment‑based, emotionally focused, psychodynamic, or insight‑oriented approach Competitive compensation structure Quarterly performance bonuses Full administrative and billing support Marketing and referral support Hybrid flexibility Beautiful downtown Batavia office space Clinical autonomy Opportunity for leadership and growth as the practice expands Full‑time clinicians typically maintain approximately 23–28 client sessions per week.
