About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Work from Home: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to join Sagility’s dynamic virtual team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our healthcare clients, providing exceptional support and assistance through inbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for every member you serve. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably within healthcare. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in computer applications and navigation. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download. Dedicated, secure, and private workspace at home. Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet operational needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory. Must be 18 years or older. Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring a positive interaction with members. Research and provide accurate, effective resolutions to healthcare-related inquiries and issues. Document call details thoroughly and accurately within the company's CRM system. Communicate empathetically and diplomatically, demonstrating understanding and patience with members. Meet daily team goals for quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings, maintaining high levels of engagement and learning. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards to ensure compliance and security. Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues. Remain adaptable to process updates and technological enhancements to improve service delivery.
