Job Details Job Location: CMOP - LANCASTER, TX 75146 Salary Range: $20.00 Hourly Responsibilities Supervise, train, and evaluate janitorial staff. Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards, which will be presented to you by your manager. Manage inventory by doing counts of and order cleaning supplies. Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints related to janitorial services with your managers oversite. Ensure proper use and maintenance of chemical cleaners and power equipment. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Under the direction of the Dallas Area Manager and with the approval of building manager, coordinate the stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing of floors. Supervise, train and participate in the cleaning of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Oversee the cleaning and polishing of furniture and fixtures. Ensure dusting of furniture, walls, machines, and equipment is performed regularly with regard for open containers. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and communication skills.
