$45-$50/hour

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, illness, and mobility decline while supporting functional recovery and independence.

Position Responsibilities:

Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, gait training, mobility, endurance, and pain management
Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Active PT license required
