Florida Summary Our client, a fast-growing name in custom off‑road builds, is hiring a hands‑on digital leader to own organic social, community, and website strategy — a real chance to run the full organic ecosystem for a brand with a passionate national following, without the constraints of paid media. Requirements 5+ years leading organic social media and website performance, in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or high‑consideration e‑commerce Track record of growing organic presence and engagement through consistent strategy and iteration Strong content instincts — able to guide photo/video/copy output to match brand tone and audience behavior Working knowledge of SEO (technical, on‑page, content) sufficient to manage an agency Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, and scheduling/reporting tools Basic HTML/CSS and comfort troubleshooting tracking and integrations Strong project management across multiple priorities and tight timelines Responsibilities Set and execute organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn; partner with Creative on content, and collaborate with influencers on organic activations Fully own community management (DMs, comments, forums), including after‑hours/weekend/holiday response, to build an engaged community that drives referrals and showroom interest; feed audience feedback into content and website planning Oversee website performance/maintenance and drive organic growth (SEO, on‑page, content) with agency support as needed; partner with design/dev on site experience and manage CRM/tracking integrations Maintain a content calendar across social, website, and blog; support organic‑first campaign planning Run regular channel/website audits and deliver weekly KPI reporting with insights and next steps Nice to Have Enthusiast community experience (automotive forums, collector groups), editorial/blog instincts for SEO, conversion/UX familiarity, Adobe Creative Suite fluency, and experience aligning content with Sales/lead handling #J-18808-Ljbffr
