Clerk, Accounts Payable The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing internal and external invoices, team member expense reports, as well as ensuring vendors are approved prior to payment. This position is also responsible for providing customer service to team members for a variety of questions and concerns. This clerical Full-Time position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm, some overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required as job duties demand. Limited travel may be needed for this position. Responsibilities Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing payment Process customer and vendor invoices to ensure accurate payments Generate checks for payment, distribute and or mail checks as directed Research vendor statements, resolve any discrepancies Answer vendor inquiries File invoices, maintain records keeping system Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Compute and record numerical data #J-18808-Ljbffr Indiana Packers
