Job Details Location: Corvallis, OR 97330 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $22.00 hourly Who We’re Looking For 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified Own a smartphone Legal U.S. work authorization and background check Driver’s license and insurance for some roles Preferences Behavioral Support Experience OIS / crisis intervention training Pica Physical aggressive behaviors Verbal aggressive behaviors Elopement / wandering Property destruction Impulsivity or safety‑awareness challenges De‑escalation and redirection techniques Trauma‑informed care Behavior plan implementation Medical / Clinical Support Experience Medication administration G‑tube care Catheter care Seizure monitoring and response Diabetes care (blood sugar checks, insulin support) Feeding assistance (including modified diets) Mobility support / transfers Experience following medical protocols and documentation What You’ll Do Supporting Daily Living – help with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, providing care that helps members feel confident and comfortable. Encouraging Independence – join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings to help them connect with the world around them. Building Life Skills – teach and model everyday skills such as cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues to empower members to grow and thrive.
