About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, both on the sell-side and buy-side. This role involves serving as the day-to-day project manager, overseeing financial analysis and valuation work, and managing the preparation of client-facing materials. The Vice President will also be expected to interface directly with clients, private equity firms, and strategic buyers throughout the transaction lifecycle, as well as support the Managing Directors in origination efforts and mentor junior bankers. Applicants must have 5-8 years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A execution, and a demonstrated ability to lead M&A transactions. Strong technical capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring are essential, with a preference for those who have worked within a boutique or middle-market platform. The role requires excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is also a mandatory qualification for this position.
