Installer/Laborer - Foundation Repair

Job Overview Everdry Waterproofing is hiring Construction Laborers/Installers! We train on the job and all training is paid. The position is year‑round, Monday‑Friday, 40‑48 hours per week. Workers are paid weekly with the opportunity for weekly bonuses, health benefits, and advancement opportunities such as becoming a foreman quickly. Preferred Experience Preferred experience in the trades, including roofing, drywalling, general labor, landscaping, and any concrete work but not required. Foreman Opportunity We are also currently looking for potential foremen. Waterproofing knowledge is helpful. Foremen will communicate with customers and crews effectively, train and develop crew members, and keep job sites clean and organized. A valid driver’s license is required. Experience No experience necessary; we will train the right candidate. Heavy lifting/manual labor experience preferred (1 year). Professional driving experience is a plus.
