Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments, focusing on evaluating clients' strengths, challenges, and specific needs to create personalized care strategies. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to individual, family, and group settings. \n
- Work closely with healthcare providers, addiction specialists, and other team members to coordinate integrated care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders for comprehensive support. \n
- Advocate diligently for clients' rights and facilitate access to necessary community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive and timely support. \n
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions, contributing your insights to enhance treatment approaches and foster team cohesion. \n
Your client base will largely comprise individuals in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders and associated mental health issues. You will engage with a diverse population, working with clients from different socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences. Each individual presents unique challenges that require a nuanced understanding and tailored treatment applications.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in addiction and mental health fields. \n
- Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. \n
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all aspects of service delivery. \n

- Experience working in detoxification or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable. \n
- Certification in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other therapeutic modalities. \n
- Proven ability to navigate and utilize electronic health record systems efficiently. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
