As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, streamline internal processes, and help teams collaborate effectively as the business scales. Working closely with the founder, you will help drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.

• Taking independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.

• Building, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to support scalable growth.

• Coordinating activities between teams and ensuring projects remain on track.

• Researching new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets to support strategic decision-making.

• Identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions to improve efficiency.

• Supporting customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities as needed.

• Adapting quickly to changing priorities and stepping in wherever the business needs support.
