Job Summary St. Clare of Assisi School has an opening for apart-timeTechnology Teacherfor the 2026-2027school year. Thetechnology teacher will work closely with classroom teachers to integratetechnologyneeded to advancestudentneeds. This will include but not be limitedto: teaching keyboarding skills Google Workspace,Docs,Slides, Sheets teaching how to makepresentationsand reports Educational appsusedin classrooms. Job Responsibilities Planning and delivering instruction in basic technology skills, typing, and software use. Teaching digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible technology behaviors. Introducing foundational coding concepts and problem‑solving activities. Maintaining and organizing computer lab hardware, peripherals, and supplies. Supporting teachers with technology integration and digital tools. Assessing student progress and adapting instruction for diverse ability levels. Creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Collaborating with staff and participating in school-wide initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Current and valid teaching certificate. Prior classroom teaching experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for technology in education. Growth mindset and passion for helping students build digital confidence. Completion of the Protecting God’s Children workshop (required by the Archdiocese of St. Louis).
