Service Coordination: Coordinate vehicle service appointments, providing customers with clear timelines and updates. Maintenance Counseling: Advise customers on necessary and potential future maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity and reliability. Documentation: Accurately record vehicle issues, service history, and technician notes for seamless record-keeping.
