DSSW Austin is looking for a Bilingual Program Director to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care through the CLASS waiver program. What You’ll Do: Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards Supporting and collaborating with office staff Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director Traveling for client visits and community activities What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required) 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required) Case management experience (preferred) Home health experience (preferred) Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills A heart for service and a commitment to empowering others Why Join DSSW?
