Medical Credentialing Coordinator

Medical Credentialing Specialist PGM Billing is seeking a Full Time experienced Credentialing Specialist. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience. Knowledge of group and individual provider credentialing with EDI/ERA/EFT enrollment and clearinghouse expertise. The position requires superb communication skills, organization, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and projects. This job is vital to the success of our clients and demands flexibility, customer focus, organization and a passion for detail. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain all initial enrollment, recredentialing and ongoing credentialing projects Submit, track and follow up on all applications for all government and commercial payers nationwide Obtain documents required from clients Provide par/non par analysis to all clients as well as account managers Provide clients with monthly status of their credentialing Initiate client onboarding EFT/EDI/ERA Clearinghouse Enrollment Address change Demographic updates Requirements Minimum 3 years credentialing and enrollment experience within a hospital, managed care, medical billing companies or physician groups Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Portals Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc) and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and excellent follow up skills Ability to work independently Detail Oriented and able to multi task Willing to research independently to determine the appropriate process to complete credentialing timely Maintain strict confidentiality Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside organization Pay $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location Hybrid remote in Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 #J-18808-Ljbffr The Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association, Inc
