Description This position will be responsible for the following: Manage up to two construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout Lead project teams, including direct oversight of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule and budget performance Support business objectives through proactive communication and strong project leadership Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Profile The right fit candidate will have the following experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M or greater Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience mentoring or overseeing project support staff is a plus Must be able to work on-site in the Raleigh, NC market Job Offer The right candidate can expect in an offer: Base salary up to $150,000 Bonus based on individual and company performance Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance Strong emphasis on work-life balance Excellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental 401k plan offered MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
