ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mariano Oliveri - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and proactively identifying needs through outbound calling, follow-ups, and sales conversations . You act as a liaison between customer needs and our internal departments to ensure customers receive the right coverage, guidance, and next steps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services in a clear, helpful, and consultative manner.
• Assist customers with policy applications, updates, renewals, and follow-ups .
• Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and multi-line systems .
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to:
  • gather information and identify needs
  • explain available options
  • schedule appointments or next steps
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call notes, and application/renewal status in our systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and accurately.
• Stay organized and able to multitask across active leads, calls, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ; comfortable speaking with customers and prospects by phone.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales mindset and willingness to contribute to sales goals through outbound outreach and follow-up .
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable using phone systems and handling multi-line / high-volume call workflows .
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn insurance products and processes.
