Elementary Teaching Assistant (Substitute) — Impactful Support

Impact Public Schools is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional/Teaching Assistant to support early and elementary learners in Tacoma, WA. The role works under the Lead Teacher to create a positive classroom culture and deliver core literacy, math, and SEL activities. You will implement IPS’s instructional model, assist with lesson plans, and provide targeted interventions for students with IEPs or special needs.
