Night Safety Partner Hospital Care & Patient Safety

Sentara Health

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Safety Partner for the Nursing Resource Pool to cover night shifts. The role focuses on maintaining a safe hospital environment for patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, agitation, and other safety concerns while units rotate to meet demand.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma; healthcare experience is preferred. Training, BLS within 90 days, and de-escalation/physical intervention skills are required during orientation.
