Supply Chain Manager

Location: Windsor Locks, CT (or Rockford, IL, or Phoenix, AZ) Role Type: Hybrid Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship required. Security Clearance: None/Not Required Salary Range: $107,500 - $204,500 USD Responsibilities Coordinate all TINA-related activities for supplier proposals with various supply chain elements. Partner with Sourcing and Commodity Managers to identify cost discrepancies, perform cost/price analysis, and support negotiation strategies. Maintain and track supplier submission status, clarifications, fact‑finding inputs, and audit support documentation. Organize and lead fact‑finding sessions between suppliers and internal cross‑functional stakeholders. Ensure timely preparation and completion of Current Cost or Pricing Data (CCPD) packages. Develop and maintain standardized templates, checklists, and guidance documents to ensure process consistency. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on TINA requirements, data expectations, and best practices. Monitor regulatory changes and support continuous improvement of processes to reduce compliance risk. Work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Travel up to 10%. Qualifications Must Have: University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience. Strong understanding of TINA requirements, FAR/DFARS regulations, and government contracting processes. Experience with supply chain, procurement, cost/price analysis, or program financials. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
