Job Title: Pay: $65,000 - $78,000 annually Position Summary Axis Portable Air isseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our growing nationwide workforce from our corporate office in Chandler, Arizona. This position plays a vital role in the daily administration of Human Resources by partnering with employees, managers, and the HR team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable HR professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships,ensuring compliance with employment laws, and helping employees and leaders succeed.This is a hands-on role in a growing organization where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our people and our culture. Responsibilities Serve asaHR resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Support new hire onboarding, orientation, offboarding, employment verifications, and personnel record maintenance. Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee education. Work closely withHRManager to administer leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation claims, and return-to-work processes. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support compliance. AssistHR Managers with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates. Coordinate employee training programs, including required compliance training and professional development initiatives. Assistmanagers with employee coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Maintain HRIS records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support business decisions and regulatory requirements. Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield preferred. Three (3) or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with leave administration, benefits, and HR compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiencywith HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.
