Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLPA license/certification (state-specific requirements may apply)
• Previous experience in school or healthcare settings

• Comfort and adaptability working with caseloads of children aged 7–10
• Collaborative team spirit and empathy-driven communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language support services to students in two classrooms (ages 7–10) up to 20 hours per week
• Implement therapy plans under the direction of supervising SLPs
• Employ evidence-based practices tailored to nonverbal and neurodiverse learners
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and share insights with educators and families
