Here, you'll be part of our Field-Testing team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:

• Operate and test a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including riding lawn mowers, walk-behind mowers, residential zero turns, commercial zero turns, tillers, string trimmers, edgers, possibility of chain saws and hedge trimmers.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of equipment performance, durability, and safety features.
• Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or areas for improvement in the equipment.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and observations.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while operating the equipment.
• Utilize basic internet usage skills to provide feedback on all testing equipment.

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. As a Field Tester, you will be responsible for operating and evaluating various types of equipment, including riding lawn mowers, walk-behind mowers, residential zero turns, commercial zero turns, tillers, string trimmers, edgers, possibly chain saws and hedge trimmers. Your primary objective will be to assess the performance, durability, and overall functionality of these products in real-world conditions.

The salary range for this position is $38,600.00 - $62,200.00. This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
