- # Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftApplyremote type: Onsitelocations: Belle Plaine, MNtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: R-103051**Job Description:**This position is responsible for operating the rough cut machinery, maintaining the machinery, keeping accurate documentation, and handling material.****Essential Duties & Responsibilities:***** Operate the machinery (Waterjet/Combi-Cut, saw) as well as monitor and verify it is operating correctly at all times* Perform quality checks as required* Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches to plan.* Responsible for set-up and operation of cutting machinery* Perform all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified* Responsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, as well as area upkeep and cleanliness* Operate overhead crane and forklift* Keep work area clean and organized****Qualifications & Skills:***** Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills* Basic math skills* Mechanically inclined* Industrial work experience* Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation* Basic computer skills****Minimum Requirements:********Education:**** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.****Experience:**** Mechanically inclined is preferred****Systems:**** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred****Cambria Success Factors:***** High attention to detail* Reliable and punctual* Direct communication* Sense of urgency in completing work* Capable of multitasking* Work well both independently and with a team* Self-motivated****Physical Requirements:***** Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings* Lift up to 60 lbs.* Push/pull 100 lbs.* Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks* Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria* Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises* Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions* Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift* Bend over multiple times throughout shift****Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:***** Steel toed boots* Hearing protection* Cut resistant gloves* Safety glasses* High visibility vest* Hard hat* Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
