You'll be a resource for the nursing team, help ensure high-quality resident care, and respond to clinical and staffing needs as they arise. Responsibilities include: Provide clinical leadership and oversee facility operations during the assigned shift Respond to resident emergencies and support timely clinical decision-making Supervise and support nursing staff, including assignments, performance, and day-to-day needs Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs and coverage decisions Conduct regular rounds to support resident safety, infection prevention, and quality of care Complete and review required documentation, including incident reports, shift reports, and audits Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives Communicate and collaborate with Nursing Administration as needed What We're Looking For: Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Long-term care and/or developmental disabilities experience preferred Benefits & Perks: As part of the Center for Disability Services, St. Margaret's Center offers a mission-driven workplace, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive team environment.
