Role snapshot

• Service and repair core fleet: excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
• Diagnose and correct issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Complete safety and performance inspections to ensure uptime.
• Record all maintenance and repairs with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with the team to prioritize, schedule, and execute repairs efficiently.
• Stay current with evolving heavy equipment technologies and best practices.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized shop and work area.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in heavy equipment mechanics preferred.
• Proven background as a heavy equipment mechanic or comparable experience.
• Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Comfort reading and applying technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Sharp diagnostic thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate heavy machinery responsibly.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment.
