Responsibilities of the Production Planner
- Coordinate daily and weekly production activities to support customer deadlines
- Create and maintain manufacturing schedules and planning reports
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production flow
- Communicate with operations, customer support, and warehouse teams regarding schedule updates and priorities
- Track work-in-process and production status updates
- Assist in resolving scheduling, inventory, and workflow challenges
- Prepare and review production-related documentation and data reports
- Support continuous workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
