Salesforce COE Lead Must-Haves- 10+ years Salesforce experience with enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong Salesforce Architecture & Governance experience.
- Led Salesforce COE / Platform / Architecture teams .
- Experience with multi-org and multi-cloud Salesforce .
- Strong Salesforce Security & Platform Operations knowledge.
- Experience managing vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery .
- Strong executive/business stakeholder communication .
- Salesforce Architect/CTA certification preferred .
NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership across our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem spanning FPL, FPLES, NEER, and EverBright. This role will drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health while providing leadership across internal teams and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate has led Salesforce teams and complex enterprise environments, with strong experience in platform governance, architecture, vendor/SOW oversight, and multi-cloud Salesforce delivery. This individual should be able to bridge technical and business priorities, establish scalable standards, and communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources
Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience
Strong Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations knowledge
Experience overseeing vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance
Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture experience preferred
